First unmanned kiosk installation at Frich’s hotel
The first unmanned stand-alone kiosk is finally live and in operation!
Frich’s Ekspress Åndalsnes has pressed the fast-forward button and stepped into the future of hospitality with our stand-alone kiosk, where all components are fully integrated. They have a fully unmanned hotel with 19 rooms, opening in 2020 and offering 24/7 express check-in. We are excited to see yet another hotel daring to fully commit to digitalisation and better customer experiences.
Since the kiosk went live at Frich’s in April, the phone has not stopped ringing from new clients eager to join the movement. We are currently working on 19 new kiosk installations and have a busy summer ahead.
Frich’s have also implemented the PMS and Booking Engine from our partner Planet.
Frich’s consists of 10 hotels/motels, and they plan to roll out the kiosk in several of their accommodations. With the kiosk from Arribatec Hospitality, they get increased flexibility, revenue, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Thank you for the trust and great collaboration!🤝
